:)Hi! I'm looking for cheaper, cruelty-free versions of higher end products. Not only has my emails for miss A gone missing but as I emailed them about my purchase they asked me to messge the shipping company who asked me to message miss A!!!. (yeah I still technically havnt gotten it). I love Shop MissA. Why would I want a credit. I only ordered 6 things which were a dollar each and 9 dollar shipping I don’t believe They ever tried to send my package, an easy way to make money. And they have no phone number nothing to contact them I've ordered from here before and I got it pretty fast.

So disappointed with level of service I placed an order three weeks ago and my order is still not "fulfilled" when I check on it.

Shop $1 dollar foundation makeup at Shopmissa. The wait is too long. I ordered my parcel in March it is now July, it still has not arrived I have made a complaint and nothing.

I ordered my products on August 1 (they were shipped on the 3rd), and my package was already in my mailbox on Aug 12th, from Texas US to Ontario CA during quarantine. I ordered a few items, and actually paid more in shipping costs. Delivery was reasonable (I think it took about a week and a half to deliver to the UK) although on my bigger order I did find that the protection between items was lacking. It is now June as I went to check where my package was the i formation suddenly disappeared. Never received my order. It will come! I will definitely be shopping here again and I would recommend. Horrible customer service. First time purchasing from Shop Miss A! Chantel D. Edmonton.

My USPS tracking says USPS is still waiting to get my package, i'm not even an international customer. This company uses a COVID-19 as an excuse, which is utter b.s considering that I don't even live that far from the actual warehouse and that mail carriers are still up and running. When or/if I receive mt products I won't be ordering off them again. I've placed an order March 31st, it's been in Canada since April 25th. I made the order march 30 and it shipped april 6, i knew it would take a bit longer seeing as I'm an international buyer, but it is now may 8th and i have received nothing.

I contacted the shipping company and they said if my order didn't come by today to contact miss a. I haven't received an update about my order since april 17th. juin 11 2020, 6:57 am. I would not recommend this company, I ordered off them in April and it's now almost August and nothing. I then opened a dried out product for BUGS TO CRAWL OUT not only that someone stood on the products crushing my parcel!!!!!! Never recomend to anyone Not worth it. They changed things a bit. Coutoos to Shop MissA They don't care at all for any of them customers. I emailed multiple times customer service and it was dealt with in an automated emailed that my order would be reviewed. It is amazing how a great quality product is only a dollar. I have seen a lot of bad reviews about shipping time I think maybe try fast shipping. My stuff still hasn't come this is ridiculous. Miss A said they will not take any responsibility after the status "delivered". DO NOT ORDER. This place is a scam. I never received my package and my initial inquiry was dismissed.

I ordered from Amazon the same day and was informed that it would be a delay in shipping but guess what I got my package today and they were very helpful in sending updates. I ordered exactly 1 month and 4 weeks ago. This place is a scam. N also i recieved them longer. My parcel has not arrived and it has been one month and I’m not happy about it. For a dollar, they work pretty well.

3 stars purely because I only spent about £25 on the website and delivery chargers were £9 (I’ve put £ because of exchange rate) plus side was I didn’t have to pay any customs as my parcel was so light! But I ordered $20 worth of stuff and it all came and all of its pretty good quality. It will get better when eventually this pandemic is over. I do find that I only buy things in large-ish orders to justify the shipping cost, which personally I think is a little high. It took very long to recieve the order... bull$#*! We’re in this together!
