The Last Face est un excellent film, à voir les réactions de la presse je me rend compte que la France n'est pas prêt de traiter les guerres contemporaines au Moyen Orient et d'Afrique en tant que fiction.
très beau film oui Après une brève apparition dans le film US indé I Used to Be Darker, The Last Face constitue le premier vrai rôle d'Adèle Exarchopoulos, la révélation de La Vie d'Adèle, aux Etats-Unis.
Belle histoire d'amour mais âmes sensibles s'abstenir. Replace Javier Bardem and Charlize Theron (playing star-crossed lovers working as doctors in war zones) with Bono, and substitute barely written suffering and doe-eyed black African characters with tear-jerking news images, and you can imagine a donation hotline number scrolling across the bottom of the screen. Un étalage de grands sentiments, certes, mais aussi et c'est bien plus grave l'indigence des dialogues, l'inanité du projet du film qui plaque les contradictions d'une histoire d'amour sur celles de l'action humanitaire, la laideur de la mise en scène et le flot de bonnes intentions. Un pays d'Afrique, le Libéria, détruit par la guerre depuis 2003.
