WG throws us a curve ball at tier 8- Mogami is either a light cruiser with a zillion guns, or a heavy cruiser, depending on which hull you use.These are very long ships with huge citadels that aren't especially agile. IJN mid-tier is extremely powerful. There are tons out there so you can see how they perform and decide which you feel is most suited to your play style.Good luck with the US cruisers. All you can do most of the time is spam HE and that generally isn't a winning strategy on its own unless you are careful and play a support role to other ships.In the end, it comes down to your play style.
